Story
scarsdalecottageinn Catering started with Chef Anthony's affection for food, developed on his grandparents' ranch in Georgia. In the mornings, he would pick new vegetables in the nursery before assisting his flower vendor grandma with decorative designs in the horse shelter. At supper, however, his adoration for food genuinely sprouted as he cooked in the kitchen with his family's recipes.
His enthusiasm for great cooking drove each progression of his vocation, so he realized that so as to set up the food he needed and work for a business he was glad for, he would need to make his own providing food company.
When his better half and co-proprietor Anna Intertas-Barr participated in 2007, she used her preparation as a baked good cook and created our pastries. After time, she understood her hard working attitude in the workplace and commitment to customers were her qualities and assumed control over the front-finish of the business, directing all divisions and helping with deals, regulatory undertakings and advertising endeavors. Anna's assurance to furnish the clamoring San Francisco region with basic requesting and scrumptious cooking is essential to our operations.
Since our initiation in 2005, we've endeavored to continue those qualities, keeping our innovative soul and our adoration for top notch fixings and menus in all aspects of what we do. Despite the fact that we follow our foundations to soothing Southern dishes, we value drawing motivation from over the globe and changing that on a plate.
